About the role
Our Muscat office runs coordinated BIM models across architecture, structures, MEP and infrastructure. We need a BIM manager to set the standards, lead the BIM team and keep every project's models clean and coordinated. Omani nationals are encouraged to apply.
What you’ll do
- Set and maintain the office's BIM standards, templates and families
- Write BIM execution plans to ISO 19650 and agree them with clients and partners
- Lead the BIM team and run model coordination and clash detection across disciplines
- Manage the common data environment and model exchanges with international design partners
- Train designers in Revit and BIM workflows
- Report model quality and coordination progress to project managers
What you’ll need
- Degree in architecture or engineering
- At least 8 years' BIM experience, including leading BIM on GCC projects
- Expert in Revit and Navisworks, with a common data environment such as ACC or Aconex
- Strong knowledge of ISO 19650
- Dynamo or other automation is an advantage
