About the role
A Muscat architecture and engineering practice is looking for a senior structural engineer to lead the design of high-rise and complex buildings. Omani nationals are encouraged to apply.
What you’ll do
- Lead the structural design of high-rise and complex buildings
- Choose structural systems with the architects
- Check calculations and drawings by the structural team
- Prepare reports for authority approval
- Support the site team during construction
What you’ll need
- Degree in civil or structural engineering; a master's or chartered status is an advantage
- At least 10 years' experience, including high-rise buildings
- ETABS, SAFE and SAP2000
- Eligible for registration with the Oman Society of Engineers
