Plans and the free launch period
During launch, job posts and CV access are free. We'll give at least a month's notice by email before charges start.
CV unlocks and fair use
Profiles in search are anonymous until the candidate shares their contact details. Unlocks count against your plan once shared. Use candidate data only to recruit for real roles at your firm.
Posting rules
Jobs must be real, open and at your firm. Never ask candidates for money for any reason. Never discriminate by nationality, age, gender or religion. We may remove any job that breaks these rules.
No fees per hire
We don't charge a fee when you hire someone through Studio & Site.
Your data duties
Candidates' data stays theirs. Delete applicants' data at the end of your own retention period, and on request where the law requires.
Payment and invoices
Once paid plans start, plans bill monthly or yearly in advance, with VAT where it applies.
Ending your plan
You can cancel at any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
