About the role
Join an established multidisciplinary consultancy in Muscat to run hotel and resort projects, often alongside international design partners. Omani nationals are encouraged to apply.
What you’ll do
- Run the architecture on hotel and resort projects from concept to construction
- Coordinate interior, landscape, structural and MEP designers
- Prepare and check drawing packages and specifications
- Manage approvals with the municipality and tourism authorities
- Support the team on site during construction
What you’ll need
- Degree in architecture
- At least 6 years' experience, including hospitality projects
- Strong Revit and AutoCAD
- A portfolio of built hospitality work
- Clear written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage
