About the role
Produce coordinated mechanical, electrical and plumbing drawings for approval, tender and construction, working with our MEP engineers. Omani nationals are encouraged to apply.
What you’ll do
- Draw HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire-fighting, power and lighting layouts
- Coordinate services with the architectural and structural models
- Prepare drawings for civil defence and utility approvals
- Update drawings from engineers' mark-ups and clash reports
- Prepare schematics, details and as-built drawings
What you’ll need
- Diploma in mechanical or electrical drafting, or a related field
- At least 6 years' experience in a design consultancy, ideally in the GCC
- Strong Revit MEP and AutoCAD
- Clash detection in Navisworks is an advantage
- Careful, organised and able to work to deadlines
