About the role
Produce accurate architectural drawings for authority approval, tender and construction across residential, mixed-use and hospitality projects. Omani nationals are encouraged to apply.
What you’ll do
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections and details in Revit and AutoCAD
- Prepare drawing sets for municipality approval, tender and construction
- Update drawings from architects' mark-ups and coordination comments
- Keep drawing registers, title blocks and revisions in order
- Prepare as-built drawings from site information
What you’ll need
- Diploma in architectural drafting or a related field
- At least 6 years' experience in a design consultancy, ideally in the GCC
- Strong Revit and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of local municipality drawing requirements is an advantage
- Careful, organised and able to work to deadlines
