About the role
Design landscape and public realm for masterplans, resorts and residential communities in Muscat and along Oman's coast, working alongside our masterplanning and infrastructure teams. Omani nationals are encouraged to apply.
What you’ll do
- Prepare landscape concepts, masterplans and detailed design packages
- Design hardscape, softscape and irrigation for an arid coastal climate
- Select native and drought-tolerant planting and set water budgets
- Coordinate levels, drainage and utilities with our civil and MEP engineers
- Prepare specifications, quantities and tender drawings
- Review contractor submittals and inspect landscape works on site
What you’ll need
- Degree in landscape architecture
- At least 6 years' experience, with projects in the GCC or a similar climate
- AutoCAD and a 3D tool such as SketchUp or Lumion; Revit is an advantage
- Knowledge of irrigation design and arid-climate planting
- A portfolio of built work
