About the role
Join an established multidisciplinary office in Muscat as design manager, keeping our architecture and engineering teams coordinated, on brief and on time. Omani nationals are encouraged to apply.
What you’ll do
- Manage the design programme across all disciplines
- Review each design stage against the brief, budget and codes
- Chair design coordination meetings and resolve clashes
- Manage information flow with clients and international design partners
- Make sure drawing packages are complete and approved before issue
What you’ll need
- Degree in architecture or engineering
- At least 12 years' experience, including design management in the GCC
- Experience of large mixed-use or hospitality projects
- Aconex and Revit
