About the role
Lead a portfolio of major projects and the teams that deliver them, and help grow our work with government and private clients and international partners. Omani nationals are encouraged to apply.
What you’ll do
- Take overall responsibility for delivery, quality and commercial results across a portfolio of projects
- Lead and develop project managers and discipline leads
- Build relationships with clients, authorities and international design partners
- Lead bids and fee proposals for new work, and negotiate appointments
- Set up project governance, reporting and risk management
- Represent the office at senior client and stakeholder meetings
What you’ll need
- Degree in engineering or architecture; a master's degree or chartered status is an advantage
- At least 15 years' experience, including leading large projects in the GCC
- A record of winning and delivering consultancy work
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and consultant appointments
- Experience in Oman is a strong advantage
