About the role
A long-standing Muscat practice is looking for a construction manager to lead its supervision and project management teams on large building projects for private and government clients. Omani nationals are encouraged to apply.
What you’ll do
- Lead site teams supervising building projects on the client's behalf
- Manage quality, safety and progress across several contractors
- Resolve technical and contractual issues on site
- Report to the client and the project director
- Take projects through testing, commissioning and handover
What you’ll need
- Degree in civil engineering or construction management
- At least 15 years' experience, including large building projects in the GCC
- Healthcare or hospitality experience is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts
- Eligible for registration with the Oman Society of Engineers
