About the role
Design HVAC, plumbing and fire-fighting systems for buildings in Oman, from concept to construction, and support our site teams during delivery. Omani nationals are encouraged to apply.
What you’ll do
- Design HVAC systems, including heat-load calculations and equipment selection
- Design water supply, drainage and fire-fighting systems
- Prepare drawings, specifications and quantities
- Obtain civil defence and utility approvals
- Coordinate with the architectural, structural and electrical teams
- Review contractor submittals and inspect installations on site
What you’ll need
- Degree in mechanical engineering
- At least 6 years' experience in a design consultancy, including the GCC
- HAP, IES or similar, and knowledge of NFPA codes
- Revit MEP is an advantage
- Eligible for registration with the Oman Society of Engineers
