About the role
Analyse and design concrete and steel structures for buildings and infrastructure, including coastal and marine work, and support our site teams during construction. Omani nationals are encouraged to apply.
What you’ll do
- Analyse and design reinforced concrete and steel structures
- Design foundations with the geotechnical engineer
- Prepare calculation reports and drawings for approval and construction
- Check the work of structural draughtspersons
- Coordinate with the architectural and MEP teams
- Review submittals and inspect works on site
What you’ll need
- Degree in civil or structural engineering
- At least 6 years' experience in a design consultancy, including the GCC
- ETABS, SAFE and SAP2000 or similar
- ACI, British Standards or Eurocodes
- Experience of marine or coastal structures is an advantage
- Eligible for registration with the Oman Society of Engineers
