When an employer looks at candidates for a job, each profile gets a match score out of 100. The score is arithmetic on your checked profile, not an AI opinion, and the employer sees the evidence behind every part of it.
The four signals
- Role fit (45%): your discipline, job titles and years of experience against the job.
- Share of career in this kind of work (25%): design-led, site-led, commercial or client-side, from the dates of your roles.
- Readiness (20%): how many weeks you would need to start in the job's country, from the documents you have on file.
- AI skills (10%): none declared, declared, certificate on file, or assessed.
Employers can change these weights for their own searches. They can never rank or filter on age, nationality, gender or a photo, because we don't record them.
What you can improve
Readiness and AI skills improve as soon as you upload attestations, registrations or certificates. Role fit and career share are facts from your career; if we misread them, correct them on your profile.
