Profiles in CV search are anonymous: you see the profile, the evidence and the score, but not the name or contact details.
Unlocking asks the candidate to share their contact details with your firm. Some candidates share automatically; others answer each request. Each unlock counts against your plan's monthly allowance once the candidate shares.
Applicants to your own jobs are never anonymous to you and never use an unlock.
